Todd Bowen

Todd Bowen joined Aldon in 2018 with a vision of leading the company into its next generation as a more diverse owner, manager, and developer of multifamily assets. 

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of Aldon’s Board of Directors, Todd directs the comprehensive strategic vision, planning, and organizational effectiveness for the company. His fresh approach to leadership embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and unquenchable thirst for bold, progressive ideas. An engaging operations and strategy executive, Todd possesses a winning blend of business expertise, skill in the real estate industry, and practical experience. He leverages a unique mix of strategic and analytical expertise, consistently exceeding performance and revenue goals by aligning the effort of strong teams with organizational objectives. 

In his role, Todd leads all divisions of operations and development, overseeing the overarching financial and operational performance of Aldon’s family of companies. Working collaboratively with his executive team, Todd continually drives for excellence. Along with providing strategic and day-to-day leadership, Todd encourages his team to create extraordinary experiences for their residents, and one another. He seeks to continually improve systems and services that provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.  He also takes great pride in directing strategic planning for philanthropic and progressive, forward-looking social responsibility initiatives. Todd’s clear vision, unique leadership qualities, and approachable nature pave the way to continued success.

Prior to joining Aldon, Todd spent the better part of two decades focusing on development and operations at some of the country’s largest real estate firms and in multiple markets. His first foray into real estate was with Apartment Management Consultants representing properties in Utah, Colorado, and Nevada. Todd then joined Camden Property Trust representing properties in Arizona and Southern California. Most recently Todd spent time at Kettler where he led the acquisition efforts of 14,000 units that expanded the company’s presence into 15 new markets and 10 states along the East Coast and Texas. 

Todd hails from Northern California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
