Taylor Jones

Taylor Jones is Aldon’s Vice President of Information Technology, bringing extensive expertise and a proven track record of excellence to our IT department. Since joining Aldon, Taylor has been instrumental in enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our growth.

In his previous role as Manager of Information Technology, Taylor managed IT onboarding and offboarding during community acquisitions and dispositions, facilitated the implementation of PayReady, and streamlined workflow processes in Spend Management and Vendor Credentialing. His initiatives have modernized our IT policies and procedures, aligning them with industry standards and improving efficiency.

As VP of Information Technology, Taylor leads our IT department, providing essential technology services that support Aldon’s growth. He guides our corporate and property management teams through their technical needs, creating an IT environment rooted in best practices, tools, and systems that deliver exceptional employee and customer experiences. Additionally, he oversees the strategic direction of our technology initiatives, ensuring they align with Aldon’s overall business objectives. Taylor’s leadership is key to driving innovation and excellence in our IT operations.

Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
