Sophia Hussien, CPA

Sophia Hussien currently serves as Aldon’s Vice President of Accounting and oversees the company’s financial department. With almost two decades of accounting experience in the real estate industry, she previously held the position of Controller at Rock Spring Properties before joining Aldon in 2020.

In her role as Vice President of Accounting, Sophia compiles financial data that will assist our leadership team, affiliated entities, owners, and other users in making strategic operations decisions about Aldon’s portfolio of properties. She also provides vision and leadership for the strategic growth and structuring of the financial department, establishes financial policies, procedures, and controls, and manages new accounting system implementations.

Sophia earned a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
