Sarah Jane Milliren serves as Aldon’s Senior Vice President, Company Operations. In this role, she oversees all operational aspects of Aldon, including Property Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Resident Services, and Asset Management. Sarah Jane is pivotal in managing the operational and financial performance of properties within the Aldon portfolio, ensuring alignment with investment goals, and upholding the company’s culture and values.

Joining Aldon in 2021, Sarah Jane previously held the position of Vice President, Investment Management and Strategy, where she contributed to the acquisition and onboarding of 7 assets across 4 states, led the implementation of Aldon’s budget software, and brought revenue management in-house. Sarah Jane has over 20 years of multifamily experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Her strategic vision and leadership continue to drive Aldon’s success by increasing revenue, mitigating risk, and improving efficiency.
