Maj Roembke

Director of Culture & Talent

Maj Roembke joined Aldon in May 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Culture and Talent. In her role, Maj ensures that all initiatives and programs align with the values and pillars of Aldon. She serves and oversees the full team member experience beginning with recruitment and collaborates across all functions to ensure that team members have the tools to thrive in their roles. Maj is also an active member of PMA (Property Management Association), co-chairing their HR Counsel and serving as a committee member on the Program and Seminars Committee. She also speaks and presents on a variety of topics at conferences and for industry associations such as PMA and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Maj got her start in the property management industry more than 15 years ago as an Assistant Property Manager. She quickly worked her way up to Property Manager where she honed her skills and successfully managed tax credit, luxury class-A, and lease-up communities. After a fruitful on-site career, Maj transitioned to Human Resources at one of the nation’s top property management and development companies where she was previously a property manager. There she assisted in the recruiting process and managed the college internship program before leading the company’s learning and development initiatives, including implementing the company’s first learning management system (LMS). Maj then spent a year on the vendor side as the Director of Account Management for one of the industry’s largest LMS companies before joining Aldon.

Maj earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.
