Joanie Frazier

Joanie Frazier joined Aldon in 2019, bringing with her four decades of construction and development accounting experience. As one of her first orders of business, Joanie implemented a new accounting system and established the construction accounting processes and procedures. She currently manages the predevelopment and capex activity for the company’s portfolio of properties.

Prior to Aldon, Joanie spent 40 years with B.F. Saul Company. She first joined as a staff accountant before working her way up to Vice President and Controller of Construction and Development Accounting. During her tenure, Joanie implemented the company’s construction accounting system and oversaw the finances of development projects ranging from $1M to $230M along with the annual capex programs approximating $25M across a portfolio of 100 properties.

Joanie attended West Virginia University.
