Gina Junio, PHR, CDR

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Gina is passionate about delivering programs and initiatives that align with Aldon’s strategic business goals. She is dedicated to improving company culture, humanizing HR and the workplace, and fueling employee engagement.

Gina has over 15 years of comprehensive HR experience, specializing in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations. Her experience spans a variety of industries including international development, technology, engineering, government, academia, defense, non-profit, corporate, and legal. She is a certified professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. Gina is also an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the NAA Diversity & Inclusion and Apartment Careers committees.
