David Greaves

David Greaves joined Aldon in 2013 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than 25 years of experience in real estate accounting, finance, compliance, and tax services, David oversees the company’s finance, treasury, accounting, and tax departments, and is a valued member of Aldon’s strategic leadership team.

Prior to becoming CFO, David served Aldon in a variety of positions including Controller, Treasurer, Facilities Director, Human Resources, and Office Administration. He has played a key role in operations and finance systems implementations, financial reporting restructuring, and major capital improvements projects. David began his career in public accounting in assurance, advisory, and tax practice where he served clients in the real estate, land development, and construction industries.

David has a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and maintains his status as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Maryland.
