Senior Vice President of Construction and Development

As the Senior Vice President of Construction and Development, Brian Andrews manages teams of architects, consultants, engineers, and general contractors to develop and construct multifamily and mixed-use projects. In his role, Brian is responsible for pre-construction conceptual cost estimates and schedules, design management from concept to completed documents, contract negotiations, project cost controls, scheduling, change management, and construction monitoring from groundbreaking through the completion of the punchlist.

With over 35 years of industry experience, Brian is an empowering leader and has a proven track record as a third-party development manager and consultant. During his career, he has successfully led the development and construction of more than 2,600 residential condominium and rental units totaling more than $650M.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
